RAIKOV?

Taken from Wikipedia...because I'm lazy.

Major Ivan Raidenovitch Raikov is the right-hand man and lover of Colonel Volgin, and a parody of Raiden. Snake has instructions to knock him unconscious or kill him and then drag his body into the locker room in the East Wing of Groznyj Grad Weapons Lab in order to steal his clothes and sneak into the West Wing.

FROM RUSSIA WITH LOVE?

I had a hard time coming up with a name so I thought about what I knew about Raikov. I knew he was a) Russian (and/or from Russia) and b) gay(ish?). Russia reminded me of Russia and gay reminded me of love. So...from Russia with love? They always say that in movies don't they?
